The Donegal Wax Co. was founded in 2020 , with a vision to create a premium range of home fragrance products that not only deliver long-lasting scents but also proudly celebrate the beauty and heritage of Donegal. My passion for home fragrance and candles inspired me to establish The Donegal Wax Co. Over the years, I’ve worked to craft a collection that began with our popular wax melts and quickly grew to include boxed candles, reed diffusers, and bespoke gift sets – all meticulously handmade in Saint Johnston, County Donegal. During Halloween and Christmas, we also offer an exclusive range of seasonal fragrances to add a special touch to these festive occasions. I am honored to have collaborated with incredible organisations and initiatives such as Go Green, Made Local, and Buy Donegal, which champion small businesses like ours. We’re also proud members of the Design & Craft Council of Ireland, reflecting our commitment to Irish craftsmanship. In 2022, our dedication was recognised by the Irish Enterprise Awards, naming us the Best Home Fragrance & Candle Retail Business. Additionally, we were delighted to receive the New Home Fragrance Business of the Year 2022/2023 award from the Republic of Ireland Prestige Awards.
