At The Donegal Wax Co., all orders are handcrafted with care, so processing times may vary. Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email, followed by a notification with tracking details once your order ships.
*Please note tracking details will only be sent when a courier or tracking shipping option has been selected
During busy periods like Christmas or sale events, processing and shipping times may experience delays.
Shipping Charges
Shipping rates for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We currently do not offer an in-store pickup option.
We ship worldwide! International shipping rates will be calculated at checkout and are fulfilled via a separate courier service.
Important Note:
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes upon reaching your destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not covered by The Donegal Wax Co.
If your order has not arrived within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, contact us at sales@thedonegalwaxco.com with your name and order number, and we’ll assist you.
